"H&R Block associate did not tell me that they were starting a one day a week availability when I left my sons and my paperwork off. When they were finally in on Thursday I was told that they will not do my sons taxes. I told them no problem, I need the paperwork back. I was told that the owner would call me on Friday as they were only available to give my paperwork on Thursday and I could not leave work to pick it up. No call! waited until the next Thursday to leave work so that I can get my paperwork. They should have notified me that they were not going to do the returns but they didn't. The owner did not call as promised. They refuse to do my sons tax return as he is a full time student and he was claiming himself. They said that I have to claim him which is not true. I did not provide any support in 2020 for him. Seems that anyone with a little money and willing to take the 35 hours of training can own an H&R Block location. I do not recommend doing business with this company."
