"They have cockroaches and bed bugs, the A/C units don't work half the time because the guy that works on them keeps breaking them, my toilets don't flush unless I flush them three times, and my ceiling leaks when it rains, despite my informing them of the issue in July of 2023. Have reported issues to the office, who have done nothing, so I'm telling everyone about it right here. Stay aware and don't rent from here! Editing to add that the office manager, Betty, loves to put tenant numbers in her phone and then FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Talk about not understanding boundaries. WE'RE NOT A FRIEND POOL FOR BETTY! MAKE HER RESPECT BOUNDARIES, IF SHE EVER DID!"

"I lived in those apartments for a couple of years. Every time it rained water ran into the dining room from outside under the wall. Stove and refrigerator was trash, couldn’t get them to replace either. There was a very bad roach infestation problem, which I informed them of many times. They never done anything about it. I bombed, sprayed, and put out poison myself to take care of it. Seen bedbugs on more than one occasion. Which again, I treated out of my own pocket. My first electric bill was almost $500 due to a bad leak in a water line on the hot water side which caused the hot water heater to constantly be on trying to keep the water hot. They had to pull the carpet and pad up, which had molded and smelled terrible, bust up the concrete up to get to the water line. They drug the carpet and padding outside and dried it and put it back down, instead of just replacing it. Part of the wall had molded and they cut the molded part out and patched it. Looked horrible! They did fix it, if you can call it that, but I still had to cover the insanely high bill which I was never compensated for in any way. It could be a nice complex if they’d fix things but they like to use second hand materials to fix problems so they can pocket the money. Guess they haven’t heard the phrase “It takes money to make money!” They want to rent the apartments but they don’t want to have a nice complex. I would not recommend renting here."

"Since I moved into these apartments I have had problems with plumbing, bugs etc, my carpet was severely wet because my apartment was flooding, the water just sitting under my carpet now there's maggots and the ladies trying to argue with me in the office like. I don't know what I'm talking about. They're very unprofessional. They take your time fixing problems. I pay my rent on time and can't get things fixed unless it's on their time would not recommend to anyone I also took photos to use against them in court."

"I currently stay there and if I could give them 0 stars I would and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE they are snobby and rude they won't work with anyone and they will nickel and dime you when it comes to maintenance needing done and if you start to struggle or trying to get on your feet due to being homeless they would rather take you to court and evict you versus giving you a fighting chance which is what they did to me a state of oklahoma contractor as security officer working in a state office building. So don't waste your time or money on this dump called auburn lane apartments"

"I lived there for 4 years they were okay at first but the longer I stayed the more problems I had. When I first moved in the first month I had caught 7 mice after that it was fine up until this last year I caught five andd right before I moved out caught 7 more. My apartment was infested with roaches, they sent terminix to spray but the man told me the chemicals they pay for are to just bring. The roaches out to find there nest and in order to get the apartment fully treated the manager would have to pay for it but they wouldn't so I had to bomb.. the whole who time I stayed there I never had bed bugs up until they started cleaning the unit above me to get ready to move people in the here the bed bugs came. They never treated it. I constantly had leaks that they just covered up and never fixed even after section 8 told them to the just covered the leaks which caused mold which eventually messed up my whole master bedroom bathroom.. All and all Nadia is sweet but the works that her workers do is not good. They just rig everything thing and I have videos and photos to prove it.."
