"I called today to inquire about an apartment and I was probably told that they do not except pets. I politely told her that you cannot do that. She told me it was her I want her owner that decided to do that. I have been in property management for 20 years and the law says that you have to accept a service animal know ifs, ands, or buts about it and you can’t charge a deposit or fees. I will be reporting to the proper authorities as soon as possible."

"The newest manager here is awesome! She really is working hard to meet everyone's needs. and,is always trying to improve things that need to be improved. Definitely better than the last managers that I've heard about, in the past."

"Apartment manager found guilty with assult and battery to a tenant and still working there. Owner don't seem to care about tenants safety and well-being. Breaks OK title 41 codes, apartments are not up to date with anything, holes in building, bare wires showing in random AC units, animals living in attic spaces, interior doors being used as front doors, manager does things outside of her legal authority including but not limited to putting her hands on tenants, threats, talking down to them, limits the washer and dryer times, would never open pool on time among a list of other things, buildings are infested with roaches and bed bugs, has exterminator spray certain apartments and if they do it's only around the floor in kitchen, maintenance workers are all illegal and have no certifications or licenses to do any of the electrical, hvac, plumbing, building, or any other work because they are illegal. Would not recommend living there until manager is fired or replaced and property upkeep is taken care."

"Apartment 101 on Elm St. Is infested with bed bugs. My son's mattress was brand new when he moved in. Totally infested with bed bugs after living there. Management didn't seem willing to do all that was necessary to take care of problem. Moved before lease was up due to this issue. I don't want anyone else to be subjected to this atrocity."

"I lived there for 4 days when i got a paper saying I needed to be out in 5 days. The first day we moved in i went to do dishes and clean and the sink line was busted, the hot water in the shower and sink only stayed hot for maybe 3 minutes and my ax was dripping water bad.They told I had to leave my ac off on that friday and would be there monday to fix it and it didn’t happen and when i called management she hung up on me and tried to argue with me.She also tried to say we were playing music at night , when we couldn’t stay there at night bc we couldn’t have ac on.
