"I wouldn't advise anyone who runs a small business to have their income tax done here. I decided to go to Westside Income Tax this year to file my 2023 income tax and they did a phenomenal job and saved me $9000 dollars on what I'd owe federal. Its an independently ran tax office and the lady there genuinely cares about her customers and asking all the right questions to save you money. So I had them re-file my 2022 income tax report that HR Block did and found out just how lazy of a job they did. Filled out the bare minimum, not only that but my experience with HR Block in 2022 was horrid. I was still very new to running my own business and wasn't very organized with what I needed to bring to them and they criticized me and my business which isn't their job to do. They're there to help me and they didn't and I owed WAY more than what I was supposed to. Westside Income Tax significantly lowered what I owe for 2022 that I've now been able to wipe away my debt with the IRS, which is what HR Block caused. So to anyone who goes there to file income tax on a small business or has gone there and has a debt balance, you may want to rethink that and get it checked out because HR Block is lazy and doesn't care about taking the time to go above and beyond for you."
