"I have lived here in these apartments for 5 years. The name has change to royal ridge the only thing royal about this place is the property manager. The maintenance here sucks need anything fix it does not get done. My apartment ceiling is bowing down and stove dont work and ac unit don't work at all. Last year me and my daughter had to live in the living room for 6 month with a window unit that the property manager got for us. Because the owner and maintenance don't want to fix nothing. The property manager is trying to get us in a new apartment but you have to have money that the owner won't give up. I hate these apartments. I am not loyal to the apartments i am loyal to the property manager cause she is there for the tenants."

"It's pretty bad when the new owners won't even take care of the renters. Like a fire hazard stove that's been down since last year and fix the AC and much more. Sure wish the old owners had it back cause they cared about there renters and safety. And for the new owners it would be nice if they keep there word and was there at work. Instead of saying no can do this month cause we don't have the money to fix it. But yet everybody that's left down there pay there rent. They should be turned in to the Housing people now. It's a death trap... When you have been without a stove that wirks over 6 months cause the Manager says they have a monthly budget and new remolded apartments comes first. I WOULD BE MAKING A LOT OF PHONE CALLS TO GET THIS FIXED. AND I KNOW PERSONALLY PEOPLE WHO LIVE DOWN THERE."
