"They have horrible customer service. They came to my house told me I had a broken pipe. Charged me $225. And left. They don’t call you back. I called for 2 weeks straight and left many messages and not one phone call returned for them to come finish the job. After leaving several messages. I ended up hiring another plumbing. And I’m so glad I did."

"Shortly after moving in to our house we noticed a horrendous smell. We called this company. They set a date and a time... they no showed us. They finally called my husband and said they could come in the morning. They got here and were extremely unfriendly , apprehensive, and acted as if they didn't want to be there.They told us we had sewage water under our house and it would need to dry before they could do anything. Understandable. They told us they would be back in a week but not to use the water. (A little difficult to do for a week) When my husband tried to call/text later that night to get clarity on when they would exactly be back since we had to shut the water off and get a hotel... they never responded. We called great state of tx plumbers on that same Friday. They were out Monday morning 8 sharp. (the water was completely dry) Had the problem diagnosed and fixed the same day and has already been back again for some minor repairs. We never heard from this company again until they randomly showed up at my door today. My FIL let them know it had been fixed. They probably do ok work but I do not recommend for sheer unprofessionalism. I can handle the rudeness if your actually going to show up and do the work. It never needed a week to dry and feel they only said that cause they didn't want to do it."

"I was recommended this company to install a new tankless hot water heater. The water heater was vented incorrectly and caused my attic to fill with lethal level of carbon monoxide that came down into me house and thankfully we have a good carbon monoxide detector that alerted us. Very unprofessional job installing the water heater that could have caused my entire family to have died. NEVER USE THEM!"
