"Extremely disappointed. I hired these people to check/repair plumbing issues on a property I purchased. While testing the plumbing, a lot of water leaked on the floor, and these people didn’t even try to clean it up. “I don’t have the tools we need on the truck today” was the excuse we kept getting when things weren’t finished. What should’ve been a 2-3 day job, ended up taking almost 2 weeks. These people scooted around my house milking the clock. Don’t use them."

"When we built our house we used Crandall and Sanders for our plumbing and electrical needs so when we needed to have some electrical work done my husband called them to get an estimate. They Charged $90 per hour from the time the man left the shop until he returned to the shop plus $1.50 per mile trip charge in addition. It would be nice to use local people because I think we should support our local businesses but I was told they no longer have any electricians that work for them and they contract their work. So now a big bill and absolutely no work Completed. It would have been nice to know that they don't give free estimates up front because if he would have told me the charges that he was going to charge for an estimate I would have just called someone from the city where I could get a free estimate"

"We recently contacted them for an estimate to repair or replace a hot water heater. They came out and quoted $800-$1200 to replace the 40 gal gas water heater. I chose to go with a different local plumber who charged us $600 to complete the work. Later we recieved a bill for $90 for the estimate. Upon contacting them about the bill they were rude and unprofessional. I'll be sending them their unearned money and consider it a lesson learned on my part. If Kingfisher had more plumbing companies they wouldn't be able to operate in this capacity. It's sad you can't depend on this local company to operate in a professional manner."
