"Had them install residential HVAC units; Upstairs and downstairs. Said it would take a day & took all week to get the downstairs to work. Upstairs was 3 weeks for cooling but crossed the wires (yeah it really happened!) for the heat so it never worked; I didn't know that until it got cold months later. The owner ghosted me by not returning text or calls because he already had my money. Had to use another company to fix their mistakes. Price doesn't trump horrible service! Then just discovered a gas leak that they caused. Wow!"
