"Gail Robinson messed up my taxes. Caused me to be late, had no idea what she was doing then proceeded to tell me we can learn together. I ended up doing most of the hard work and she just had to fill in the blanks. She said I owe $460 but when i went in to sign the paperwork the fee had jumped up to $604 and my refund also went down bc she had made a mistake somewhere. HR Block has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Save your time, money, and effort and find somewhere that knows what they are doing. It was a stressful hot mess and didn't help that she raised her voice and ended up telling me she would not do anything further with my taxes and hung up on me, then would not respond to myblock messages. That after the fact she messed up somewhere. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
