"Attention Military Personnel and those with Rental Property!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH H&R BLOCK. H&R Block should be your last resort for taxes. They lack professionalism and understanding of IRS Guidance and Regulation. The personnel lack training and have little knowledge on "complicated" cases. Save your time and money and Go elsewhere. I'm willing to share my story on how they mishandled my documents and just kept kicking the can for 6 months!! . Cant make complaints either... they wont care and Customer Service is the absolute worst!! GO elsewhere!"

I was told that my appointment was not confirmed even though my account shows the appointment details, even who I have the appointment with. How do/can I know if it is confirmed or not if there is nothing showing that. So, they wasted my time."
