"Do NOT use them! They are the worst tax relief company! They do absolutely nothing for you. They take your money up front. We began in 2017 with them to try to get help with the IRS and Okla. State taxes. We never received any calls from them to tell us where we stood or what we needed to do for about three years. When we called to try to find out from the beginning, we never could get a straight answer. When we found out who our attorney was, he/she would always be too busy and said they would call us back. We would call back and that person would have left the company, so then we would have to start all over again. It’s been 6 years now and still haven’t gotten anywhere. We went through at least 6 different attorneys/advisors (whatever their titles are) and was always unsuccessful. Every time it was a different person, we had to supply the new person with the exact same paperwork because they would tell us they couldn’t find any documentation that we had sent it to them; EVEN though, more than once, my husband handed them the paperwork in person. He drove there more than once to give it to them and they would tell us they couldn’t find it. That it was never processed/entered/scanned into the computer for them to locate."

"We have paid Polston tons of money starting 2 years ago. They have yanked us around nonstop. Have been waiting for our tax refund since June 2022. They said it would be in our account then. No it was not. My husband’s bank accounts got froze instead. Polston has refused to call back or anything. We have yet to receive his returns, and the IRS is saying they have absolutely zero records of our stuff ever being filed from Polston. I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow if we don’t get a call and something figured out today considering I have already called the office again today. I see many other reviews recently regarding this same situation happening. Oh I also turned this situation over to the BBB."

"To start, Brian interviewed myself and my wife. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We decided to go with Polston’s services. I had made bad decisions in the past by not filing for ten years.
