"I wish I could give negative ratings. I usually do my taxes with turbo and decided to go with Jackson Hewitt this year. That was the worst decision EVER! I have told everyone I know never to go there. The representative missed one of my W2 the main job I had. Then filed me as single instead of head of household. I went right back to get it fixed with a manager. Karen (the manager name) did not care at all told me it would be $180 to amend on top of the $713 they already charged to do them. Even thou the other representatives there agreed that the representative that did mine has had some problems and is known for not focusing when working with people. I just wanted them to fix my taxes without charging me again. They do not care about the people especially new customers. I will never return and will continue to tell everyone else not too."
