"Rented from them for 1 year. Mobile home was infested with roaches when we moved in. Took 4 months to get rid of. The front porch was rotten to the point that the front porch was not able to be walked on. When I move out after one year, I called after 1 month (because I was assured that I would get my deposit back within 30 days) to ask why I hadn't gotten it and was told that she (Sue Brandhorst) would check as to why I hadn't gotten my deposit back. I called again a month later (two months after my lease was up) to find out what the hold up was and was told that she would again check as to why I wasn't getting my deposit. I called again after 3 months with the same answer.. I called 5 months later (8 months after I moved out) to ask what had happened and was told that I wasn't receiving my deposit because the house was infested with roaches because I had left canned food in the cabinet, had broken some blinds, the counters were damaged, and had had a pet in the home. Good luck. Also, I've never lost a deposit in all the years I've rented..."
