"Paid $400 in fees to get our taxes done here. They were not up front about how much we would owe just to file them until after they were done. We don't make millions either... and we don't claim a bunch of dependents or anything. We own our house and that is really it. Paid $400 for the lady to input our info into the computer. My parents and my in-laws both own businesses and said they have never paid that much to file taxes. I will never go back here again and I suggest everyone else steer clear!"

"We have used H&R Block for our tax preparer for several years until a few years ago. The offices we were using were very slow and not very knowledgeable at all. We would spend the better of 2 hours and that made it very nerve racking. We had done our own on online for the last couple of years, but decided to use H&R Block again, because we just didn't have the time this year. We used the one in Mustang, OK and had a very pleasant experience and were in and out in less than 30 minutes and had the refund that we were anticipating."
