"The service was terrible. We tried to get our taxes completed and get a refund and the application was not completed. We called h&r block and got tossed from person to person and finally all of them told us that nothing was in the system and that they could not help us. On top of that there was no communication between the emerald card company and the tax office, we got caught in the middle of a company to company dispute and I am extremely turned off from ever using this farce of a company ever again. You have lost this customer."
