"I asked for them to come out and give my HOA a bid. Called about 3-4 times and finally got a call back. The salesman said that they have been out in the past and never got the job. He complained a few more times before we hung up.. I explained that I was the new Vice President and I need a bid on three areas, two are broken and need replacing. The other, power washing the fence. I set the appointment and let them know I was getting other bids for the HOA, they showed up that morning and saw that I was with another contractor, backed up and burned rubber out of the condos.. never heard from them! I would not recommend any company that allows their employees or owners to act this unprofessional..!!!!"

"Hired Midland Fence to make and install 2 gates for my business which cost around $6,000. One of the gates was faulty and Midland Fence kept promising to fix it. After failing to show up as promised on 5 different occasions, I decided to use a different more reliable source to fix the gate. I am very disappointed in Midland Fence and do not recommend them to anyone."

"Midland Vinyl cut the wire that controlled our sprinkler system the day after we left for a 20-day vacation (in the middle of a drought), and refused to compensate us for the lost landscaping due to their mistake. When we confronted them with the subsequent loss of our 40' pine tree, they threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay the full bill by 3pm today."
