"Great quality drinks most of the time but when it comes to customizing hot drinks, they do not accommodate the customer. I asked for a hot tea with honey and a splash of cream. The barista tells me that this is not possible as it is not an option on her register to charge me accordingly. She can make me a latte (which is half milk and half tea) but cannot add honey. She can make me a hot tea with honey but cannot add milk. I asked for the manager but was told that she was the store manager. Growing up, I was trained that the customer is always right and you make the accommodations to cater to them (obviously within reason). If I go to Starbucks, I can ask them to make my drink however I want it and they will do it for me. Money is not the issue as I made it clear I would be happy to pay extra to get a splash of milk. The ingredients are already in the store, so why am I being denied a small request? I hate for this to be the reason I stop coming here. I’m an avid tea drinker in the fall, winter and spring months and was very disappointed in my experience."

"I'm so torn. I love the tea and the products they carry. The service is awful. I get it, good help it hard to find; however, maybe a little more training and guidance would help the folks at this location? The design of the parking and drive thru is a nightmare. I highly recommend going in and getting your own tea during happy hour from 2-4."

"This store is so cool and clean. The staff was very friendly. I got lucky and entered during happy hour, daily from 2-4. So many flavor combination choices. Also you can taste test, so much better than a drive thru."

"Delicious delicious tea! Go inside if you don't know what kind of tea you'd like, you can easily try one to see if you'd like it or not. Our favorites are the Sweet Wild Raspberry Tea & Sweet Georgia Peach Tea. They aren't too sweet, just the right amount. Just a heads up...you'll be hooked like us, on HTeaO! You can even grab yeti cups, lots of different coolers, water bottles and unique water dispensers, along with prefilled 1/2 pints or 1/2 gallons of tea inside in the refrigerator inside! Go go & try it!"
