I attempted to address my concerns with the company, but they were dismissive and unwilling to rectify the issues. Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with Bogart Granite & Marble Co if you expect high-quality products and professional service."

"Visited this place solely because they were less than a mile away from our residence, the owner was nice and helpful, once the price was set and a rough estimated time was given (set to be finished late October early November) the full payment was given. Towards the beginning of November I reached out to see where we were on the countertop he procrastinated to the fullest, and professionalism went out the window got attitude and excuses if I was lucky enough to get an answer ( thanksgiving was approaching and not having a set time got me anxious) , Finally the countertop was put 2 days before thanksgiving but due to their hurry they had forgotten to glue one of the countertops securely… Big headache with this gentleman, it’s not the good reviews you should only read about but also the bad ones that show a business’ true colors once they’re put under some pressure."
