"Sent 2 down for overhaul and they cut my good cable in half and then sent it back to me, said a motor was bad and they claim to get a 30% discount from Warn but to buy it directly from Warn would have been over $100 cheaper. The one that I was told had a good motor worked for less than 10 minutes and it was very weak and now it won’t work at all."
