"Was going here for the past 3 years, the wait times have been awful and the customer service is definitely less than ideal. Recently I was calling wanting to place an order for pick-up and Rod said that isn't allowed even after I offered to pay for the materials over the phone. When I expressed that I didn't want to sit around for an hour while everything was slowly loaded he informed me I would have better luck going to Lowe's. I kind of took his advice and went to Master Halco instead. My small outdoor services company will definitely be sticking to Master Halco now, extremely friendly office staff, awesome material handlers and they get me great prices on fence/deck materials. Thanks for the suggestion of finding a new distributor, Rod."

"BUSY.... but that's the norm here. Got us loaded up fairly quickly. Good people up front and in the yard if you need fence material , stop by and they'll hook you up. UPDATE. ok. So that was awhile back. Really dont like going here cause its gotten bad. Dont know if its that the yard is under staffed or that they lack knowledge or both. They ve had a high turnover rate but they need to figure something out. Cant be good for business to keep customers waiting an hour to two hours to get loaded. Ive worked in the yard at Aaron fence loading customers and it never took this long. Idk. Just be ready to wait for awhile if you decide to come here. Im writing this as i wait for my material and its been 45 mins and still no sign of anyone loading us up. Ridiculous..."

"Poor customer service pretty rude. Walked in to pick up order, three people sitting in the office no hello no can we help you just looked at me and didn’t say a word. Had to go out side and find a warehouse guy to ask about picking up my load. Was told I have to talk to someone in the office. Walked back to the office was still ignored. Stood there for almost 10 mins without even being acknowledged until a guy came out of the back and found my order sheet. Took almost 20 more mins to load"

"I've been using them for over a year now. I've had good experiences and I've had bad. The prices are hard to beat. Their inside sales ladies are friendly and mostly knowledgeable. The outside pull/load team leaves something to be desired. They're slow, they rarely have your order pulled in advanced when calling a day or two ahead. More than once they have given me the wrong hardware. If your looking for good prices with mediocre service then this is your place."

"Looked for commercial fencing repair parts and this place was very knowledgeable and the price was cheaper than everywhere else. The ladies up front knew exactly what I needed and the guys in the back had me loaded quickly and back to the job. I'm glad I found out about this place and yes they do sell to the public! A+"
