He has trained many great younger technicians and we are always sad to see them go when they are promoted out of his store. But it says a lot about the quality of the work and the high expectations Chris holds them too. These high expectations and quality show in every transaction to the customers. His paint matches are stellar. His customer service is expedient and respectful. Great guy to have in your corner if you have paint and stain needs."
"Pricing could be better. Customer service very knowledgeable but they could use a another sales person. Commercial department needs another sales person too. Commercial sales also needs better pricing to compete with crosstown rivals. The location is very convienient. GM does good job with what he has."
"I will start off by saying there was a time when I bought paint from big box other places. Then I was told to try out SW. I tried the paint, and have been very pleased. The *other* paint company I hear has good paint, but SW paint has good reviews. The manager at this location works hard to earn your business. I have witnessed the manager go above, and beyond a customers expectation. I have no bad feelings about this location, nor has any other customers told me bad complaints. The paint is good, but the people behind the counter can be the paints demise, and with any business the people behind the counter can be the business demise no matter how good the product."
