I don’t need a credit application I have the money to pay directly for my materials but I figured this would help me out because it just makes sense in the way I operate my business to get invoiced (easier for my employees to go get materials and just get invoiced) Long story short everyone seems to have conflicting information. The front desk people are rushed and rude as can be. I was spoken to as if I was a child. I was just trying to tell the man that I had an email directly from them telling me and giving me the number to one of their reps specifically stating that they have a credit app. Since we had a very large take off list the person who emailed me recommended we get a credit app. But, he the man on the phone wouldn’t let me speak rushed me off the phone, so I’ll take my business elsewhere. I have a lot of projects that they just lost. Whatever happened to their customer service?"
