"I purchased some chicks from them after being told they offered a huge variety. I am not new to raising chicks and have always purchased from hatcheries, Atwoods and even TS,, Id say out of 100 chicks I have only ever had 5 die on me... I purchased 12 from LUMBER 2 today and only 5 made it on my 15min drive home.... Within 35/40min they were dead.. I am so bummed out not only for the money lost but for the tiny chicks lost too :( ALSO stated clearly NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES other stores work with you and will at least offer hot hands for the ride this one did not.. DEF will not ever buy from them again... horrible experience."
