"This is an amazing professional company! I placed an order online for the first time on Saturday. I reached out to them Monday to ensure that my order was complete and to my surprise I overpaid. Where most companies would’ve just pocketed the money, The young lady that I spoke to advised me of the incorrect pricing on their website and credited back to me. Instead of making a second stop somewhere to pick up Concrete , they added it to my order, and the concrete came out to be less than what I would’ve paid if I went somewhere else. Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had with a building vendor ever! Highly recommend you go in and see their professional, warm and welcoming staff. You guys ROCK! I’ll definitely be coming back to you again."

"Horrible experience working with OK Lumber & Supply! Three 2 hour round trips to OK Lumber to pick up orders resulted in three incorrect/damaged orders. 1st trip resulted in incorrect type of fence delivered from their distributor and it was 3:30 p.m. and they closed at 4:00 p.m. so they wouldn't run to the distributor which is 7 minutes away to replace the order. 2nd trip resulted in 4 out of 19 "severely damaged" fence panels which they graciously let me drive to the distributor to replace (another 45 minute trip). 3rd trip resulted in finding out that, even though they referred me to the manufacturers catalog, they don't sell the gate kits packaged as the manufacturer states. Their distributor breaks the gate kits apart to sell the gate ends separately to make additional profit. Upon requesting some kind of discount for the extra trips and hassle, was told that the owner wouldn't since it was their distributor's fault. Disagree totally as OK Lumber & Supply should check their orders upon receipt from the distributor and should know what they sell. Highly recommend not using this company as another one that I went to for the "right" gate kits had astounding customer service and was quite a bit cheaper on the same products."

Terrible customer service blaming everything on their distributor when they should verify what is delivered to them prior to the customer arriving and wasting hours in travel time and trailer rental. Had to make multiple trips to pick up orders only to find them incorrect or damaged. Won't contact customer when order has arrived as requested. Don't use this fence/lumber dealer as their are others in OKC that provide outstanding customer service which you deserve."
