"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. My contractor sent me to the store to buy 2 five gallon buckets of paint, and I asked for help from Duncan, one of the employees, because I didn't really know what kind to get. Duncan said that he would come back to me with a recommendation for something, but he never returned until sometime later, after he had apparently finished mixing up some paint without ever consulting me. He told me it was the cheapest paint he had, and I bought it without questioning him. Turns out, he sold me the MOST expensive paint at $285 for a single five-gallon bucket. I had no idea what I was buying at the time, but it turns out I could have gotten an equivalent paint for about $50. But now the manager refuses to allow me to return the paint, and I'm out over six hundred dollars for two buckets of paint. I've always enjoyed working with SW, but now I feel like I've been cheated. Never going back there again."

"Absolutely worthless customer service. I called inquiring about the availability of a product they told me they had 60 gallons available. I drove from Oklahoma City almost an hour and then they told me that product was not available even though it was in stock."

I will never buy at Lowes or Home Depot. The quaility of paint is well worth the price. If you buy at the right time you can ger 30% off which makes it the such a great deal.
