"I can walk into the Kelly Moore in OKLAHOMA city, HIS, Spectrum or any Sherwin Williams and in less than 20 min. Walk out with all kinds of paint matches made into cans but this location is a struggle every time I go. They said they could match my swatches and I can pick them up the next day at 11 am because its 45 min. To closing and they have a "process" for paint matching. Are they the only store with such an archaic process that it takes 16 hours? The store opens at 6:30 am and I have to wait till 11 am? Does this store need a system upgrade? Like how is your process different from the May Ave store because they've never taken more than 20-30 min. If I wasn't trying for a perfect match paint, and this was the original paint used. I wouldn't even bother with these people. Waste of my time."

"Stopped in today to have new paint mixed up. The can we had from the builders had a Kelly Moore sticker on it with numbers, which I assumed would be what the store needed to mix a new batch for us. The guy working behind the counter was rude and condescending and confirmed I will never come back to a Kelly Moore location. Turns out the correct information was not on the can, which I totally get. However, there is a way to conduct yourself professionally and this store missed that completely."
