"I have been trying to purchase a 65" cedar TV box for 2 weeks now. I called first on July 13th, they were "in production" and should be finished any day now. Recommended calling back the next week, called again the following Monday on 17th, "should be finished in a day or two" they said. I was in the city, so I stopped by their store on Friday July 21st, "i just checked they are finishing them up, should just be a couple days". Called again on the the following Monday the 24th, "should just be a couple days". Called again today, the 28th, and I get a new one... "they are building 55" boxes right now and should be finished in a couple days, then they will START on the 65" boxes." When pressed on if I was just being lied to the last two weeks, or if they just had no idea what was going on, I was told to buy my TV box from somewhere else. So I will. If I could give 0 stars I would, because I have been basically begging to purchase this TV box from them, and the whole time they were just lying to my face."
"I purchased all the materials to build a custom pergola from Pergola World. Nate was my original contact and processed my order. It was very easy to communicate, get my estimate, and place my order. Unfortunately when I received the order a few days later the cedar 2x2's were 2 feet shorter than I ordered. When I contacted Nate about it he immediately had Chad (Manager?) call me and he helped my resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Chad sourced the replacements locally and had them delivered very quickly. Chad also sent me a gallon of the stain they used to stain all my wood (I ordered all the wood prestained and profile cuts on the beams and rafters). I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the products and very impressed with their customer service and is why they got 5 stars!!!"
