"Well, today broke the camel's back. This location is slow and unorganized. I can get over this most of the time, but this morning I found my biscuit with a bite taken out of the sausage. Edit: I've since given them some more chances out of pure convenience. This location has gotten better in general but tonight I was reminded why it's a gamble here. For $8, I expect more than the WORST part of lettuce. It was over 50% of my salad."

"Visited at 5pm on a Monday. The drive thru had maybe four or five cars but the dine-in area was empty. We stood at the register for about ten minutes before they took our order and then we waited another 20. We went up to the register to ask him if everything was going OK and I had not started our order yet. They started immediately and we got in about three or four minutes after that. The condiment bar was messy, didn’t have enough chicken dipping sauce for both of us, it was out of ketchup. The table we’re clear of clutter, but most of them has not been wiped clean. When we got the food it was good. On the way out I swung by the women’s restroom and it wasn’t terrible, but it could’ve used a good scrubbing. All of the trash cans were full, there was stuff on the door, and one toilet kind of needed to be scrubbed. We didn’t see any staff members slack off, and They seemed busy the whole time. My suspicion is that they were understaffed."

"This is actually some kind of joke. I ordered and paid for a chicken tender dinner not a chicken nuggets combo. Fries are cold and overly salty and not to mention my drink is only half way filled. Lady at the drive through window was super rude and gave us the wrong items twice."

"I'm sad to say this was probably one of our worst experiences and for a fairly new braums at that... The chicken strip dinners were more like chicken nugget dinners out of both boxes we had all 8 "chicken strips" were the size of chicken nuggets aka bite size. I don't know if ot was the runts at the bottom of the bag or your supplier just gave you weak tiny chickens this time around but this was a pathetic excuse for chicken tenders. You could have added a few extra to compensate for the lack of food. Next, let's take a look at the sauce, not evem half way filled to my surprise it didn't even last long enough for my 4 chicken nuggets! Also with both boxes it was laid lid side down which made it a mess to deal with. I love dipping my fries in this sauce which I didn't get to do, as I mentioned before it barely lasted for the chicken nuggets I was delt. Speaking of fries carbon dating would prove these were from the lunch rush left overs, old and cold. I never thought I'd have to tear a French fry like beef jerky they were so tough... too bad I didn't have enough sauce to make up for that fact. There were a few redeeming factors, the roll was par and that was pretty good especially with the gravy! The snack pack was there which was a surprise! It's now in my fridge for lunch tomorrow! And finally, the shake the redeemer! If I didn't want this post to be seen by all eyes I would give you 5 stars for the shake, give that kid a raise! Now I know some will already of wrote this off as it is pretty long, but for my dedicated readers, I only live 2 minutes away the sauce the gravy and chicken were all warm so the fries were definitely old. For the manager reading this over, I have my receipt and I will fill out the survey for the first time in 10 years. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk."
