Emailed the manager and got no response either. We are actually not going to use them even though they partner with our builder. We will be getting brick from another place. Be a nice human. "Went to the store on 10Th street and needed a cage for my chimney! Got it home and found out it was the wrong size!! My flute was to big for the cage to fit so, I tried taking it back! So when I showed and told the guy it was the wrong size he told me I had to keep it! I told the guy it was brand new it hasn't been used he told me it didn't matter he wasn't taking it back! I told the guy that it was nothing I could do with what I purchased he told me too bad im not taking it back! First of all thats not how u talk to customers,that come in to your store to spend money. So I told him he was being a but hole! So even if u dont give refunds on items from your store first and for most he needs to learn professionalism in sales before beeing a manager!!! Also called me a lier!! I will not recommend anyone to ACME brick!! Any one I ever hear talking about ACME BRICK I will be sure to let them know thats not were u want to shop!!!"

"Be very careful working with Acme. If they make a mistake they are not going to help you, they expect you to deal with it and they expect you to pay any extra expenses that their mistake may cause. Very unusual business practices. Just make sure you know exactly what you need and exactly how much you need. If you have a hunch that something with your order may not be correct, then make sure you diligently look into it. If something goes wrong and you do not get exactly what you ordered or you did not get enough material, it does not matter if it was their mistake or not, you will pay the price. They are not going to jump through hoops to help you and make things right. They are nice people to a certain extent, the customer service is definitely not their thing."
