"EDIT: Since White Buffalo has purchased this, the quality of coffee has gone down a bit, the quality of food drastically, and theyve adopted practices to get people out. I can no longer go here to study because of how loud they have the music. The staff is all still great, but the staff isn't enough to keep me coming. Until they are able to fix some things, I won't be returning. Tried 2 different breakfast items. The bagel was almost inedible and the burrito was nothing to write home about. It's turning to a place that's simply a drive thru location to grab a cup of coffee if you're nearby and nothing else. Old review of actual Jitters: This coffee shop has been a favorite of mine for a while now, and even though they're gearing up to change their menu after being bought out, I have high hopes. Their coffee has always been phenomenal – a perfect blend every time. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They're simply the best. Whether you're up for a chat or just want to enjoy your coffee in peace, they strike the right balance of friendliness and respect for your space. The food here is impressive too, definitely something you'd tell your friends about. It's a great spot for morning meet-ups; when I come with a group, the staff always brings our food out, checks in to see if we need anything, and just generally makes sure we have a great experience. I also appreciate how consistently clean and quiet the place is. It's ideal for those days when I need to hunker down with some work or study. All in all, this coffee shop offers a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and top-notch coffee – I'm excited to see what they'll do with the new menu!"

"I stopped in for a toffee nut latte while I had some auto work completed nearby, and it was delicious! It was warm and smelled like roasted coffee inside the shop, which was clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and delivered my latte quickly."

"Just moved to the area. This place is definitely going to become my regular spot. First, the coffee is fantastic. I love a strong espresso flavor that balances well with the sweetness. This place nailed that with my iced Madagascar vanilla latte. The breakfast burrito was panini pressed which for me is usually a sign that the burrito is going to be not very fresh ingredients. However, the burrito is one of the best I have had in a while. the barista was also super sweet and great at conversation. They use organic oat milk which is a plus for me. 10/10 would recommend."

Personally liked the style of the shop setup felt very calm and soothing 6. Plenty of close parking Cons: 1. I could not find close wheel chair accessible parking for those who may need it Final thoughts: The portion sizes at this place are a bit pricey; however, the experience, friendliness, and quality of food/drinks provided I feel, for myself anyway, makes it worth the additional cost. I’ll recommend this place to others, yes."

"Found this place by accident, but so happy I did. I get the sauage burritos and a Nutry Irishman and the snickerdoodle. Pastries I've ordered are crumb cake and a raspberry muffin with Lemon filling. Have not been inside yet, plan to go more and try different options. Pros: Delicious food. To me its the perfect size of the burritos. The different sauces you get are great! I love the little chocolate treat you get with your coffee (genius idea). The drinks are not scolding hot so you can sip on it right when you get it. Drinks are really good and right amount of caffeine. Good prices. Service is amazing! Every time they have been super nice, super friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu. Quick service Cons: Need more napkins with some orders. The paper they use for the burritos kind of sticks to them (not that big of a deal, it came off with extra effort). Should update the menu online."
