"Extremely helpful and went the extra mile to look for what I was looking for"
"Terrible service , They just lost a customer of 10+ years today have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. Today went to return product that I purchased just 2 weeks ago with no receipt didn’t think it would be a problem considering I’ve returned items in the past with no receipt was told that they will not refund my money because I have no receipt which Is somewhat understandable but was gave no other options such as maybe store credit considering I have spent thousands of dollars here but o well I guess just had to eat a $100 of perfectly good siding boards so if you buy more lumber than what you need for a project make sure to keep your receipt!!! Also know what you need before you go to this establishment they are terrible at recommending products and giving advise on how to use or install the products that they sell. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Proceed with caution!"

"I went in looking for a piece of moulding, I had looked at other stores and couldn’t find it. So I was very pleased to find that not only did they have the exact style, but I could buy it by the foot. I got what I needed and paid less than what I would’ve at the big box stores."
