"Lady that did our taxes this year was rude, smoked in her office, misspelled our last name, wouldn’t correct it & didn’t even send our tax paperwork to the IRS! 2 weeks after going to this lady to file, I called the IRS because the online tool was still saying they had not even received our tax information. I made sure they knew no to accept a return from this place & I would be filing with turbo tax as soon as I got off the phone. I did just that. 24 hours later, our return, which I did with TurboTax, was already received & being processed. Less than a week later, my refund is approved& been deposited in my bank. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PARTICULAR H&R BLOCK AGAIN & I would NEVER suggest anyone I know to go to this lady either."
