"Drive thru people need to listen to customer I wanted everything add to my oatmeal I got brown sugar lmao really open your ears and hear what is being said to you !!!!!!!"

"Normally my go to store. The employees are friendly. I work night shift so I typically go around 7pm to get a coffee before my 8pm shift and it's always seems to be a hit and miss with service. On a few times I pulled through the drive thru and at 7:05 and was told they are close but the hours posted show they close at 9pm. But the next day I went there at 7:15 and was served. Not why it's not consistent."

"So I pull up to the drive-through line and I ask if they have any plain egg and cheese sandwiches. Employee tells me that no unfortunately they do not. I would have to get one of the sandwiches with meat on them and have them remove the meat. I ask if the price would be the same even if I did not get meat and she said yes. Despite not being OK with the fact that I have to pay full price for a sandwich that I’m not even going to Eat, I do it. After that I get all the way to my house open up my sandwiches and there’s bacon on both. Then I call and ask for a refund and she tells me I have to drive all the way back over to the store just to give them that and get the refund for my card. Needless to say, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I really recommend avoiding this Starbucks."

"This is the best Starbucks! The baristas are friendly, they make great drinks, and they are always helpful. The atmosphere is warm and open. A great place to hang out or pick up a mobile order. You'll be glad that you did!"
