"Tops by Cop did an excellent job on my granite install. Measured accurately, checked sink sizes, verified all things would fit. They take measure twice, cut once very serious. Seem was perfect and I can't see it at all. They installed my undermount kitchen sink and it was excellent. Overall very good job and would recommend or use again."

"Owner is horrible with communication. Doesn't respect customer's time whatsoever. Took three weeks to get a quote. Finally scheduled installation for "two to three weeks" out. Installation didn't occur for five weeks. Cancelled first appointment at 5:30 the night beforehand. Didn't confirm they were actually coming the day of installation until 3:30 in the afternoon. Installation happened from 6:15 PM- 8:30 PM. Countertops came too big due to mismeasuring, so installers had to cut slots in the wall to make them fit. Very unprofessional overall"
