Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"My wife told me to take this old dried out rusted paint can to spectrum to get paint. I messed up and went to Sherwin Williams. These guys pulled a couple of strips off the lid. It took a bit to get my paint. I took it home, and the wife was upset I didn't go to Spectrum. She called home creations to get the paint. Spectrum had the trim paint we wanted on file. She tried it. The paint from Sherwin Williams that they scanned a tiny piece of paint was an exact match to our trim paint where the paint spectrum had on file was not a match. I can't say enough good things about the skill, patience, and kindness of the guys at Sherwin williams."

"Sales associate argued with my wife about latex paint pealing off of oil-based paint when she went to do color match. Then mixed first batch latex. We refused so they say they have corrected. Go to pick up and the hours they have posted online are not correct. Very poor experience with this location... It shouldn't take 3 days to get your paint. Just go to lowes or homedepot and save yourself some headache and time..."

"Will not go anywhere else for our painting needs. Rogelia was freaking awesome. We brought in a piece of chipped trim and she was able to match the color perfectly. Took her a couple of tries, but she spent the time to make sure we were happy with it."

"This is the 2nd time I have tried to get this store to match paint. The lady behind the counter finds another reason she can't do the color match. Another customer came in behind me and she told him that she couldn't do his match because she didn't have enough time before she closed the store. Customer service doesn't exist at this location and I will be letting my painters who work for me not to shop at this location or any other Sherwin Williams when they're working on my projects. I'm the owner of a General Contracting Company and we do about 15 million in sales a year. I will also tell the Architects I work with to specify another brand of paint instead of Sherwin Williams. Sherwin Williams needs to fire this staff and get someone else who cares about customers. Don't waste your time or money at this location it's not worth it."

"These people are real pros. The floor coating they advised for my machine shop turned out great. Even after numerous calls to them about preparation and application, they were always friendly and helpful. I'll never use anything but Sherwin Williams products. The final price was about the same as the big box stores but the product and service was far superior to anything I could have hoped for."
