"Was there on Sunday and the drinks were fine. What im not okay with. Is that as I was paying with my card the barista said to skip on the tip option. It charged 3 dollars, be careful."

"If I could put negative stars I would! Staff is terrible they are always out of half of the menu. If they don’t have a part of your order they just clear the order off and leave you waiting forever. Or they make your drink wrong and you have to argue with them what’s supposed to go in it ,This is on a daily. Then when you show the staff your receipt they wanna claim it didn’t go through or I ordered at a wrong location when it’s right there on the receipt. Not a way to run a business!"

"As we visited this Starbucks on Saturday, we were shocked by the amount of flys inside the food display cart. Multiple flys were inside and still alive roaming from one food to another. As we immediately notified the associates there, indeed they cared less about it and continued checking out customers."

"The waiter are terrible. It’s worth Starbucks I have ever encountered. I am sure they didn’t had been trained enough time.not professional at all . They didn’t scan my Starbucks membership successfully which I don’t bother. They gave a worry beverage. They don’t feel sorry at all!"

"So this place was a madhouse. Not to say the staff wasn’t doing a spectacular job but it’s not a one person job to make drinks for hundreds of people. There was only one cashier and one barista working and maybe 100 orders being active at any given time. Took me 45 min to order and get a drink. From where I live we don’t have nearly as much of customers but they always have at least one cashier and 2 baristas (one at the machine and one making the fraps and teas). Management at this store needs to get it together."
