"I ordered on the app but did not pickup the order. I was charged for the order anyway. The management did not help. In fact I called several times and they did not return the calls. I finally had to go to national customer service to get this resolved. I usually go to the Blackwelder location because it’s close to home and work but I won’t go back. Having a great product does not make up for lousy customer service."
