"So I am a board member and a blacksmith at the Frontier Village and museum in Denison Texas. I’m putting together what we found out is the only standing historical blacksmith shop in this part of Texas and Grayson County. I went in today and talked to a representative about what I’m trying to do as far as putting in a board floor in the blacksmith shop . Not only are they extremely friendly, but extremely helpful kind patient (as I tend to ramble when I’m excited lol.)! I am a huge supporter of local business as my family originally back east has been in small business for over 150 years. (Recently, that has been also in the woodworking industry. ) Having grown up in the woodworking industry and using wood, their products are amazing quality and extremely well priced. Why bother going to the other chain store “you know where places lol again friendly, knowledgeable, kind patient I would tell everyone and I am telling everyone to come in do your business with these wonderful folks. I look forward to doing business with y’all in the future. ☺️"

"The old women at the front desk were snarky. As if they didn't want to do their job. The only reason for 3 stars was the guy on the fork lift in the yard was amazing. ("WhAt LenGtH") was stated after we specifically stated the length twice. Will never buy lumber here again."

"Lumber’s pretty rough but that might just be bad luck. Their hardware selections is downright disgraceful though. If you need anything more specialized than a big bolt or a framing nail you’re gonna wanna look elsewhere. Only gave them two stars instead of one cause they’ve always been friendly, if fairly unhelpful."

"While they are helpful, I do wish we could shop in the store. Their choice to go curbside orders only, of course. I do look forward to shopping again once things get back to normal"

"I have ordered From this company windows exterior doors and interior doors for our new build custom home The windows and the doors are very poor quality I have been remodeling and investing in real estate for the past 20 years I have never bought such a low quality product I decided to go with this company when I built our custom homeFor the professionalism of its salesman and they have been recommended by a friend of mine. Windows have been adjusted a couple of times and they showed a broken shift and their warranty service takes forever. Very disappointed with the quality of these windows and doors doors have also been adjusted several times but the quality is very poor. Such a waste of money windows are falling apart doors are not built right are hollow inside want to hold the screws it’s just cheap.It takes forever for them to come out and service windows or send someone or send a manufacturer to service them"
