"We purchase a decent amount of pipe with this company. After asking about another size and asking if they offered a discount if purchased a certain quantity (like a bulk discount). Scott got extremely angry and told me to "get out of his yard". The guy was extremely rude. Almost to the point were I thought he was going to get violent. I took what I had already purchased and left. Today my wife took it upon herself to call and see if we could speak to the owner or supervisor. The guy who answered was Scotts father and said Scott was the owner. The farther wasn't nice either and when She started explaining he cut her off. He said he wasn't going to put up with "that" and hung up on her. First of all, I don't think asking if they offer some kind of a discount was a bad thing. A simple no would have been ok and I would have been fine with that. Doesn't hurt to ask right? There was no need of getting rude or almost violent/aggressive. I will be purchasing the remainder of the pipe needed else where. Anyway, do yourself a favor and if you ever shop here don't ask that question or you will regreat it and pray you don't get punched. Scott if you are reading this.. your behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. We tried to reach out but apparently there's no getting through. I don't know if you have employees but you should lead by example and have some manners. I will keep you in our prayers. Hope this was just a bad day you were having."
