"Today I ordered my breakfast and was given the wrong food item. Not only that, but I heard the employees talking about how they mixed up the orders for the cars before me (a sausage breakfast sandwich and an impossible sandwich). I was disappointed about mine, but that is a much bigger issue! Yes, it might have been out of preference, but it very well might have been about dietary necessity. The staff is frequently rude and honestly they just seem careless. I tried to call about my issue (since you cannot report it in the app) and the store phone rang and then disconnected."

"They are so slow on the drive thru. It prolly takes 20 min to get some coffee made then you sitting at the window waiting for them to hand me my coffee and pay for the order. Looking at my coffee thru their drive thru window. It takes the clerk 10 minutes to take my payment and give me my coffee. I go there everyday I can understand if it super busy but it's don't even be busy. So if you pushing for time avoid going there. Go there when you off of work and not pushing for time. I am never going to that location again. All the other Starbucks is never that slow to get your order and process the payment. Starbucks in nichols hills need to improve on there speed."

"Probably the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Order took so long, I'm pretty sure they deleted it from the system and forgot about it since i stood there for over 10 minutes with a very sour look on my face until someone asked my what i ordered. Not sure who amy was either but she was extremely rude and should be fired. Will never stop at this location again."

"Brand new Starbucks with an incredible outdoor seating area, covered patio and spacious indoor seating. Large group tables and smaller work spaces. The drive thru & parking lot are a little tricky to get into if you’re driving in from the East but there is additional parking behind the building in an alley."
