"I went through the drive through today. The cashier kept forgetting what o ordered. But it was probably because the order taker at the window couldn’t stop cussing while telling about something that recently happened to her. My minor child was with me. I protect them for a reason. That is why I will never go back to this location. Especially after I had to keep reminding them what my order was…."
"I picked up carryout for break tonight, it's now actually the next day, picked up carryout for break Feb 15th. I was waited on by a woman 60 years old or so wearing a ball cap, she had good customer service until she began staring at me right in my face, this is so so so so stupid, soooooo rude, so silly, like she's too old to behave like this, someone a 3rd of her age has the common sense that if someone is standing directly in front of you, um, they see you staring their soul inside out. It's very ugly, and again so so stupid(like get a life) to abuse someone patronizing the company to bother them staring at them as though she's 5 or as though she isn't on the floor."
"Absolutely the WORST experience EVER. Sweet T behind the counter had to be told my order twice. Then proceeds to pack up whatever. How she forgot what she rang up 2 seconds ago is beyond me. So when I say “you need to listen better” another Dumkin behind the counter wants to pipe off there is another Dunkin, while Sweet T coward on the back line. I’m standing there with my kid. I was not rude but did not have all day to wait while she tried to locate her butt with both hands and still couldn’t find it. OBVIOUSLY listening is not in her skill set. Customer service isn’t her cup of tea. Done and Done! I will not ever spend another penny in this franchise. I’ll make sure to tell my experience every chance I get too. This location is SOOO busy, they don’t need my HARD EARNED money. Oh and in the mix of trying to show me how great they are, just tossed my order in a bag ruining the appearance plus removing icing with paper. AND tried to ring me up a second time cuz cowardly couldn’t finish her job."
