"I love dunkin and with the área I thought I was gonna have great coffee and donut but my cold brew tasted like a watered down iced coffee. I'm used to going to the 23rd and may location. Theirs looks completely different. I asked for an espresso shot to add to it because the taste wasn't it. They nicely said yes and brought to my window and refused to charge me the espresso shot. Tasted way better. I left happy until I took out my regular glazed donut and took a bite and it was cold and hard. Such a disappointment but I'll stick to my regular spot."
"I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a large DunkinKing iced coffee and when I got to the window I was handed a just a regular vanilla iced coffee. The drink was missing the foam and cinnamon topping as well as whatever other ingredients because that drink was horrible. I let the person in the drive thru know that wasn’t the correct drink an he told me to “ look at the ticket” when I’m telling him I just took a drink and it’s missing the foam and cinnamon as well.. then the manager I’m assuming came to the window and tried to tell me it was the drink an that they were simply out of cinnamon.. I got a refund and went to the Dunkin closer to my house and it was made correctly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this specific location."
"The best part about Dunkin is how it is so much NOT Starbucks. Kind individuals and so many choices, plus the coffee is super delicious. So much better than its competition."
"Don’t waste your money at this Dunkin location, every time I buy the original coffee and a medium size it taste like water…hot water!!! I don’t even think they put coffee grounds in the coffee pot. This morning I bought $2 of watered down coffee cream! The Dunkin location on North May and 164th truly makes awful water down coffee!"
"Stopped in for some iced macchiatos around 6:40pm (Feb 18, 2024) and the two gentlemen working the window had great service! Our macchiatos tasted delicious. We’re definitely coming back!"
