"This message is for Mr. Mike Collins, and in regard to the review you left in recent weeks. I am the Store Manager, and I would like to speak with you about the events that evening. My partners and I work hard at making our store feel like a home-away-from-home, a safe space for everyone, so reading this account is something worth discussion. Could you stop by the store and ask for me? I work all different hours so if I’m not there, the Supervisor on shift will give you my card and we can plan a time for you to come in. "I was I will ride on my bike with my dog I always like to get her a puppuccino and I didn't have too much money but I wanted to get something for myself but they insisted on giving it to me for free which I thought was very nice. So I put the money and their tip jar at the same time another customer had came into the restaurant and went towards the bathrooms after I finished ordering I went to the bathrooms and I was in his bathroom accidentally he assured me that it was okay he was washing his hands and he was leaving so of course I waited even though I really needed to use that bathroom. When he left the bathroom the lady was extremely persistent on the times of closing she was explaining to us that she had one more minute before she had to lock the door unfortunately this was not an option for me so when the man left I locked the door. I tried to talk to her through the door and beg her to at least let me use the facilities but her reply to me was that she was going to call the authorities. Now for all of us out here we should know by now as adults that that is a waste of our police officers time there could be much worse things out there that they could be attending to. She came back up to the door and announce that they were closing again in one minute I said one minute can you please just let me finish and I will be on my way. She said no the police will be here in 20 minutes I said I'm pooping in here. She said that she didn't care and that the law enforcement had already been called and we're on their way. So I painfully completed using the facilities and in a rush I left the bathroom speaking to the woman she had me so frustrated I had almost forgot my order. I mean my bicycle was still parked dead front of the restaurant with lights on still running but she was very rude and unsympathetic. She said her reasoning was she has a very strict and she has to look out for the safety of her customers and employees. Well I immediately thought to myself what about my safety? Am I not worth staying open a few more minutes while they close the store down which you know is not going to get done in one single minute. I felt very embarrassed stereotyped I wonder if it would have been one of her family members for loved ones if her feelings on this matter would be the same? My name is Mike Collins I've lived in this neighborhood over 5 years. I am not a violent or harmful person I'm just a regular person I wrote this today to hopefully make you aware that there are several ways that things can happen you can't always just go off of your first inspection of a situation. I visit this store at least 1s a week so you know you recognized me. Let do better."

"I can’t give a true 5 star review because I’ve never been inside, but I’ve been through the drive through and they were extremely nice. The drive through line actually went through pretty quick (maybe I was lucky!) but the lady working it was just so sweet. Very happy and positive attitude. I loved it. I got w pumpkin creme cold brew because I like pumpkin, but am not a fan of PSLs and this sounded more subtle. It was made great and super tasty!"
