"Can't speak to quality of work, since they never answer the phone. I'm beginning to think they recognize my number and purposely ignore it. Why else would they let a phone ring 20 times at varying times on different days. One time I sat thd phone down walked away and came back, YEP!!! STILL RINGING!!"

"Had screens made to fit my windows, they had no pins or clips to hold screens in place in window frames, had to send them back, when the installers came to install the the screens the second time they left one screen out and said it was “an extra screen” but when I looked my one window had no screen in it (in a row of three windows directly beside each other) and I pointed at it and said it isn’t an extra it belongs here, the installer played dumb and tried to install it but the clips and pins were placed on the incorrect sides so it wouldn’t fit. They had to leave with the screen and redo it again and when they returned the following week with the screen it still wasn’t fitted correctly and the installer had a nasty attitude so we sent him on his way. I would not in good conscience refer anyone to this business. The time frame, quality of work and customer service doesn’t even deserve one star. Complaining was pointless because the installer stated his brother owns the business. Edited to add that four days later one of the screens is already torn away from the casing."

"Called for a estimate was told they would go to location and get back with me on price. No one contacted me so I called and asked about my estimate and was told it didn't come across my desk yet that he would locate it and get back with me. Two days later I'm still waiting. Not happy with my experience this time had better experience with them in the past not sure what the problem is this time."
