"Buyer BEWARE. I HAVE WAITED OVER A YEAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW Terry came highly recommended to me by a friend and he talked me into letting him build my pool at a very great price. That price came with countless broken promises. From the time the first piers were drilled, which I explained to him that I owned the equipment to do so, I had to pay $800 from my pocket because he was not present for the pier driller. Followed by the dirt excavation which Terry never removed any of the dirt and I had to do it all myself because he was either sick, his kid had a baseball game, birthday any excuse you can make. Followed by his promise to make the grade ( the way the water flows away from the pool not the contaminate it ) never showed up to do so. From the plumbing and steel workers showing up un announced and I swear they would show up after 9 pm . Scare the hell out of you when you look in your backyard. The gunite crew shows up ( and he could never give me a day or time ). The wind was 30 plus mph out of the south. The gunite blew all across my windows to the south even the second story. I had a dog run 30 ft long with a black chain link fence that is now gray. He never took responsibility for this nor made any effort to clean. The plumbers destroyed my dog run and the artificial turf that was like a putting green. Never once after I explicitly asked him to fix this did he ever make an effort. In our contract also included $5k in Firebowls and his answer was “I don’t know where the money went “ after I had paid his every invoice. I never received instructions on how to operate my valves or any of my online and app uses, and it took him 6 months to show up with my pool sweeper( Polaris). I am very sorry to my other local pool builders that I reached out to that I did not more fully entertain their bids. But if you want a pool I recommend that you reach out to other like ALL PRO POOLS or ALLISON POOLS or anyone besides POOL PERFECT SERVICES. To this day I do not have the decoseal ( the spaces between the concrete and the coping). Again I apologize to my friends that do build great pools for not letting them build mine. And if you know me reach out and I’ll prove my review. And if you do not know me, I am not hard to find in this community and I’ll be happy to share my warnings"
