"Normally the morning crew is amazing! I came in today and ordered my regular. Asked for caramel drizzle around and on top. And since I'm paying $0.60 for the drizzle, I don't think it should be an issue. So they handed me my drink and it was only on top. So I asked them to remake it and put it around the cup an on top. They gave me such a a dirty look and looked so annoyed. Ugh. So better crew!!!"
"The most unpleasant, rudest group of employees ...They acted put out w my large order, nobody smiled, not even when I told them to have a nice day.. Almost every other Starbucks the employees are pleasant and helpful. The lady behind me couldn't believe how rude they all were.. I'll go out of my way, to never go that one again."
"Barista seemed to be struggling. Asked for a splash of cream got a cup with 2 inches. Asked for a remake and they just dumped part of my ice coffee out and added more cold brew instead of remaking it. Needless to say the drink was a waste of money. Location on Penn much better drinks wise. Would have asked them to fix it again but there was already another customer up there trying to get theirs corrected"
"I visit this Starbucks on the way to work periodically, I've always been greeted by smiles , friendly and uplifting conversations, and Baristas that I feel genuinely care for their customers. "I really like the place where this Starbucks is located. It's pretty bigger than the other Starbucks on town. If you are driving to Costco or Sam's club on W memorial road, or going to Quail springs mall, and if you would like to grab a coffee and have some small bites, this is the place. This location offers pickup, curbside delivery, drive through and dine in, so it takes usually a longer time to get your food prepared. One thing I really liked about this location is, most of the baristas wear mask which makes you feel pretty safe. I tried Almond croissant, and it was so good. I also tried tomato mozzarella panini, and some coffee which was pretty great."
