"this company is trash, broker from MoveVocity has a Bond with this company and I opened a claim 2 months ago and they still did not pay, I will find a way to suspend your company license so you could never be able to give brokers a Bond"

"They totally scam, do not take any loads from the broker has bond with them. Bond wont pay anything, they do not know how to operate. We opened a claim a year ago, still never get paid. They dont answer any phone calls, we keep emailing them, only they can do they can email to broker and advise them to pay, nothing else."

"This company gets zero stars. 1. They operate with a Gmail email account. A business email costs $6.00 per month. Many customers' emails are going right to the spam folder because free email accounts detect business email addresses as spam. Many of their emails are going to customers' spam folders because business email addresses detect free email accounts as spam. 2. The workers are rude and not knowledgeable about the transportation industry. 3. They don't communicate and lie to you when they do. 4. They try to draft to your accounts without your permission, if you have restrictions or zero in that account, they will cause you to overdraft and get an overdraft fee. 5. They will try to charge you a decline fee, but you didn't give them permission to draft your account in the first place. 6. They do not file your authority with the FMCSA as they should, resulting in your authority becoming inactive or not going active if you are new. 7. They charge a fee to file your authority with the FMCSA even though it is their fault they didn’t file your authority in the first place. Bottomline, this company is trash; do not waste your time. You will regret it."

"This bond company is just a scammers! Transportation fees has to be paid no matter what. Damage claims are always separate. I'll do my everything just to eliminate them from this industry. Claim with department of insurance is already open."

"Worst company by far.. Terrible company... We had 3 claims against the insurance/bond they provided for different companies.. $5200 claim we got back $0 $2900 claim we got only $300 and took almost 1 year. These guys are scammers.. I would not trust them with a penny. Please do not do business with those companies whom these guys are providing insurance to... because if u will file a legitimate claim still they will make excuses and will not pay... Bad Bad Company.."
