"I’ve visited your store for coffee on to separate visits and ordered a hot latte. Both times the cup was not filled to the top but shorted quite a bit. I don’t mind spending $7.00 for a latte but I do expect you to give me a full cup and not consistently short me. Please do better for you customers and give us what we pay for"

"This is probably the worst coffee place I've ever been too!! I went through the drive thru today at noon and they had a bogo free sign out. I told the lady she said that they were not doing that, this lady told me that was only for the day they opened... first off don't have the sign out there if you're not doing it... that false advertisement... and the fact that it's still out there is ridiculous yall have been opened for more than 2 weeks- ish. Then the lady was rude for no reason. Anyways I just feel like yall need better communication. Have a nice day."

"My family and I stopped here on 25 Nov 2023 around 8:00 am. We went through the drive thru and placed our order. A very nice young lady took our order and waited on us at the window. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was simply an amazing young lady! She was very polite and made sure that everything was correct. She also had an amazing sense of humor and was joking and laughing with us all. I absolutely wish I had carried some cash on me as she deserved a very nice tip."

"First timer...decided to try the caramalicious ice latte. I was a little hesitant because sometimes those kind of drinks are so sweet & sugar laden and I search for the coffee flavor. BUT NOT HERE! 1st sip I was punched with a strong espresso taste followed by a light, sweet caramel. Definitely coming back! Great that they also have quick bites to eat as well."
