"I stopped by today on my way to tulsa and got the gouda, bacon, cheese sandwich. Guess what they forgot the bacon, if I hadn't been in the middle of driving down the turnpike I would have turned around or taken a picture. I was so disappointed because this is the one place I never felt the need to double check my order. Lesson learned."

"Had to update this due to repeated awful experiences. Held us up at order window for a solid 7 minutes, long enough for them to clear the line. They finally took our order and got it wrong, twice. Got a cold brew with extra light cream that was as almost looked like a glass of milk.. save your money, skip this location Edit: even though corporate replied to this review it will probably still be a problematic location."

"I was double charged on my phone app because the cashier, didn’t know what he was doing. So I paid $30 for a burnt burrito, a tall latte that was only half full, and a water that tasted fruity. Soooooo disappointed when you just want a little treat and everything was messed up, plus double charging my gift card when I told them I could see the money deducted on my phone. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!"

"12/25/23 on Christmas, I got my kids chocolate milks. They didn’t have any. So they gave me white, but that’s not the problem. They gave me a month expired white milk and brought them back in. So instead they gave me warm chocolate milk boxes. Then today 1/4/2024. I got half my order missing and my blueberries were molded visually without opening. Date was 1/3/24 expired. Drive a couple more minutes up to the Rockwell location, or better yet go to Dutch Brothers. LEARN ROTATION."

"This was my first time ordering food at Starbucks and I was not disappointed. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was the best one I've ever had. The bacon was cooked perfect (still soft, but fully cooked). The tortilla(?) was cooked perfectly too. It was crispy, but not hard. I would definitely order this again. I also tried the Butterbeer Frappuccino. Just bomb. I had to look it up on how to make it, but it was great lol. IG & SC: @ailijay"
