"04/20/2022 - An appointment to meet was made and I had used MetLife legal services to find this service. Last minute something came up on my end and was not able to attend the meeting. However, I called back as soon as I was able to and apologized. Unlike most businesses Lori (wife of attorney) stated that the attorney that was assigned to me is now busy and that I should look for some other attorney. This after keeping my money without even doing any work for me. DO NOT use them as they don't have the patience and business ethics to work with their clients. Glad I found this out sooner than later."
